Everything you need to transform marking
Marky marks your papers against your own mark scheme, hands back structured feedback in minutes, and gives you hours back every week. Here are the essentials.
What Marky does
A quick overview of the core marking workflow. It's a summary, not the full list.
Marks to your mark scheme
Upload student work and Marky marks it against your own mark scheme, question by question, just like a human marker.
Handwritten or typed
Scanned, photographed or typed work is read straight from the page and marked the same way, and most marks come with a quote of the working they rest on.
Structured feedback
Clear, constructive feedback on every question, not dumped in a single block at the end.
You stay in control
Marky marks first, you decide. Change any score or comment, and nothing from your marking runs reaches a student until you release it.
Consistent & fair
The same mark scheme applied to every script, cutting the variation you get when a set is split between markers.
Class insights
See where a class is strong, spot the mistakes lots of students make, and target your next lesson accordingly.
UK boards & levels
Aligned to AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR and WJEC/Eduqas mark schemes at GCSE, AS and A-level.
Bulk upload
Upload a whole class set in one go and Marky separates it into individual students for you.
Reports & export
A clear report per student and a tidy gradebook export whenever you're ready to record marks.
Secure & GDPR-ready
Student work is encrypted and handled to UK GDPR standards, built for use in schools.
Maths & the sciences
GCSE, AS and A-level maths, biology, physics and chemistry, all marked in one place.
Minutes, not weekends
Mark a full set of mocks in the time it takes to get through a handful by hand, and get feedback out while it's fresh.
There's a lot more under the hood
This page covers the essentials, but there are 65+ features in all. Get in touch and we'll walk you through the complete set on a quick call or live demo.
Save hours on marking
Schools start a free 14-day trial covering 10 papers from any class. No commitment and no card required.
